1. Where do I get quotation for the items I am interested to buy?

You can email your enquiry to : info@delphiaprimajaya.com, fax to us at +6231-8435395 or call us directly at +6231-8435967. Please specify the "Product's name" and the "Quantity Required" in your email or fax.

2. After getting the quotation, how do I proceed to place my order?

You can email your Purchase Order to us at info@delphiaprimajaya.com or fax to us at +6231-8435395. For faster processing of your order, please include the following information in your order: - Company Name, Contact Name, Billing Address and Contact Numbers. - Destination Address and Shipping Details - Other information or instructions if any.

3. What are the accepted modes of payment?

- Bank Draft
- Remittance / Telegraphic Transfer

4. How long will each delivery take?

Shipment will be made upon receipt of payment. While delivery is dependent on type of items ordered and availability of stock, we always strive for the fastest delivery for all orders. We will advise accordingly on a case by case basis.

5. How soon will my emails be replied ?

We will reply your emails within 3 working days.
